9. Minors
We serve students as young as 3 years old. Information about a minor is collected from a parent or legal guardian, not from the minor directly.
- Children under 13: We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All information about a child under 13 is collected from a parent or guardian who completes our forms on the child's behalf, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- California residents under 16: We do not sell or share the personal information of any consumer under 16 years of age.
