B. Legal compliance We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Guido's Martial Arts Academy, our students, or the public.

C. Business transfers If our business is sold, merged, or transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified by email or notice on our website.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

9. Minors

We serve students as young as 3 years old. Information about a minor is collected from a parent or legal guardian, not from the minor directly.

  • Children under 13: We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All information about a child under 13 is collected from a parent or guardian who completes our forms on the child's behalf, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
  • California residents under 16: We do not sell or share the personal information of any consumer under 16 years of age.

A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of a minor's information at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 12.
