Who It's For

Built for Kids Who Are Ready to Try Something New

You do not need a focused, disciplined child to start Little Ninjas. That is what the program builds.

Little Ninjas is designed for 3 and 4 year olds - which means the curriculum accounts for short attention spans, the need to move constantly, and the fact that learning happens best when it feels like play. Our instructors are trained to work with kids this age. Nothing surprises them.

If your child has energy to burn, struggles to sit still in structured settings, or has never been in a class environment before - that is exactly who this program is for.

Real Outcomes

What Your Child Gets From Every Little Ninjas Class

Focus That Carries Over

Kids this age can surprise you with what they can pay attention to when the activity earns it. Little Ninjas is structured to build attention span gradually - and parents consistently report improvements at home and at preschool.

Coordination and Body Confidence

Kicking, rolling, balancing, moving with intent. These are physical skills that 3 and 4 year olds build through repetition. Your child leaves every class more comfortable in their own body.

Confidence in a Group

First-time class environments can be intimidating for young children. Our instructors make the transition easy, and most kids lose their hesitation within the first two sessions.

Character Lessons They Can Name

Guido's Black Belt Principles are introduced at every age level - in language kids 3 and 4 can actually understand. Respect, effort, and doing your best are not just concepts here. They are part of every class.

Inside the Class

What Happens at a Little Ninjas Class

Little Ninjas classes run approximately 30-45 minutes. Every session follows a structure your child will come to expect - which is part of how it works. Predictability helps young children feel safe enough to try hard things.

Classes include warm-ups, basic technique instruction broken into short segments, partner activities, and a closing reflection. Nothing is done at a pace that overwhelms a 3 or 4 year old. Everything is age-appropriate.

Parents are welcome to watch. Most find themselves looking forward to it as much as their kids do.

Common Questions

Questions Parents Ask Before the First Class

My child has never been in a structured class before. Is that okay?

It is completely normal. Most of our Little Ninjas students are in their first structured activity. Our instructors are trained specifically for this age group and they know how to make the transition smooth.

What if my child doesn't want to participate?

It happens, especially in the first session or two. Our instructors do not force participation - they create an environment that makes kids want to join. The approach works. Give it two or three classes before drawing conclusions.

My child is shy and does not do well with new people.

Several of our most enthusiastic current students started out hiding behind their parents. The community at Guido's is genuinely welcoming, and Shihan is on the mat personally to make new students feel at ease.

Is 3 years old too young to start?

Not at all. Early SKILLZ - the curriculum we use for 3 and 4 year olds - is specifically designed for this developmental stage. The sooner kids begin building focus and body confidence, the more they carry forward.

When they outgrow Little Ninjas, Big Ninjas is the next step.
